Variety and many other news outlets are reporting that Lara Spencer has just cut back her scheduled work time on ABC Television’s Good Morning America, which, they say, is the most watched morning news show in America.

Word is, she will be on the show fewer times a week in order to dedicate more energy to her own line of shows. Lara will only be on the air with the network on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays instead of the entire week, as she’s been in past years.

Fox News reports that the rest of the Good Morning America staff is relieved that she will be on set fewer days, so there may be some contention among the ranks there.

We hear from Page Six TV that she is too busy for Good Morning America, and that Flea Market Flip keeps her really busy with a three day shoot on the weekends, and one day of shooting during the week. Flea Market Flip often shoots at the Elephant’s Trunk Flea Market in New Milford. Lara is expected to launch other shows and host other side projects as well in the near future.
