The Danbury Hat Tricks are continuing their promotions run, and coming up on July 29, they'll be looking to get even more involved with the community at the Texas Roadhouse.

From 5-7pm at the Danbury Texas Roadhouse, the Hat Tricks will be hosting a happy hour! According to a press release the event will be open to "fans of all ages" and some specials will include: complimentary sliders, 'tater skins, bacon cheese fries; and did I mention that the Hat Tricks will pay for your first beverage of the night- sounds like it's going to be a real hit... or... slap shot.

Of course, this event isn't just about the food and drinks. Fans will get to meet the Head Coach and General Manager, Bill McCreary, along with some players. McCreary said that the team has had "incredible response from the fans and the enthusiasm keeps growing."

The Danbury Hat Tricks won't be hitting the ice for the first time until October, but it's clear they've already won over the community. McCreary commented on the enthusiasm; "Each time we bring players into the community they can’t believe how passionate this group is... (We're) looking forward to seeing the best fans in the league at the Texas Roadhouse."

This event comes just a month after the team took over Grand Prix New York to host a video game and bowling night, and right on the heels of partnering with TK's Sports Bar, The Ice Cream Guy, and Ferrer Electric.
