According to the Boston Herald representatives from the New England Patriots attended Johnny Manziel's Pro-Day workout at Texas A & M on Tuesday. Manziel is attempting a comeback after getting sober again.

The Heisman Trophy winner has struggled with addiction issues and has not played in 2 years. He's recently worked out for a total of 13 NFL teams. Scouts have said he's throwing the ball well.

I've known a lot of people with similar struggles to what Manziel has been going through and it's tough to watch when it happens. I do believe in second chances, in some cases 3rd chances and in other's 9th chances. This is like Johnny Football's 10th chance. I find myself rooting for him still.

I hope he gets it together. I hope he realizes this is probably his last chance because it is. The NFL has chewed up and spit out QB's with much longer resume's and now is the one and only time he can maybe get back to playing the NFL. "The saddest thing in life is wasted talent."
