He just listed his sprawling compound for sale this past week. Tom’s Pound Ridge home sits on 56 acres of land, at 43 Bedford Road according to LoHud.

The compound features a private lake, a pool with a pool house, and a five bedroom, 4,000 square foot home. You even get your own dock on the tranquil private lake. No word if the hammock or aluminum rowboat are included in the list price. The entire estate was originally purchased for $4,255,000. Just days ago he listed it for $6,300,000 with Kathy Sloane of Brown Harris Stevens and Muffin Dowdle of Ginnel Real Estate.
