Talented Teens Playing Rock N’ Roll Will Blow Your Mind at Ridgefield Band Jam 2017

As a Ridgefield Band Jam judge for the last seven years, I've been given the opportunity to listen, observe, and to help guide young, passionate musicians.

The four middle school and four high school bands have been selected for Ridgefield Band Jam 2017 scheduled for Sunday, April 30 at 4pm at the Ridgefield Playhouse.

The four middle school band finalists are:

1. 2 Minute Minors - Ridgefield, CT
2. Abby & the Roadsters - South Salem, NY
3. RED - Stamford, CT
4. Solid - Redding, CT

The four high school band finalists are:

1. Gilbert - Katonah, NY
2. Mr. Boy - New Fairfield, CT
3. Orbit - Weston, CT
4. The Playmates - Southbury, CT

It's fascinating to listen to these teen musicians who have worked so hard and rehearsed for many hours for to be chosen to play in front of an audience of 500. If you're a music fan like I've been all my life, these kids will blow your mind!
