Two male suspects from Danbury and Ridgefield have been arrested, and face numerous charges after a street robbery in Danbury.

According to Lt. Carrocio of the Danbury PD, an unidentified adult male filed a complaint at the Police Department last night (March 23) at 8:30PM alleging that he had been assaulted a few hours earlier in the day. Several facial injuries supported his allegation.

The victim told officers that he owed the two male suspects some cash, and, unfortunately, his best efforts to duck them came to a screeching halt on Liberty Street.

The victim was found, assaulted, and robbed.

During the investigation into the incident, the victim's fiancee alleges that she received several threatening messages from the suspects, due to the victim reporting the crimes to the police.

Officers arrested the two suspects later last night.

Jin Lee, 22, of Ridgefield, faces numerous charges including First Degree Robbery, Second Degree Assault, Second Degree Threatening, and Sixth Degree Larceny
