AIR QUALITY ALERT IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has issued an AIr Quality Action Day for the follwoing counties...Fairfield...Middlesex...New Haven...and southern New London, in effect until 11 PM this evening. -National Weather Service

The looks unsettling this week with a 30% chance of thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight. On Tuesday, things are predicted to get a lot worse with an 80% chance of thunderstorms producing a lot of heavy rain. Things clear out on Wednesday which looks like a beautiful day of sunny skies and temperatures reaching about 82 degrees.
