"Smokey and the Bandit" star Burt Reynolds will be memorialized with a car show of monumental proportions!

Imagine if you will a parade of 100 classic Pontiac Firebird Trans-Ams in procession at Westbury's Eisenhower Park. According to a recent press release, Long Island's largest-ever car show will celebrate the life of iconic movie star, Burt Reynolds by showing the two movies to Trans-Am drivers and dozens of those drivers will be dressed in character.

Thousands will congregate on Friday, September 28 at Eisenhower Park in Westbury to honor the memory of the 70's largest sex symbol and actor, Burt Reynolds who had been invited to this momentous event before he passed away on September 6 at the ripe old age of 82. If you were an avid Burt Reynold's fan, you are cordially invited to pay your respects by attending this massive Burt Reynolds-A-Thon.
