According to a police report from the Danbury Police Department, four New Rochelle men were arrested yesterday for allegedly firing a gun near the Danbury water tower in Tarrywille Park.

Officers were dispatched after reports of shots fired in that area. The report says that initially, the suspects failed to comply with the officers' requests to raise their hands. They were eventually taken into custody without incident. All four men admitted to firing the gun.

Leonardo Leon, age 18, Ricardo Nunez-Espinosa, age 21, Edward Gutierrez-Ocampo, age 18, and Julio Cesar-Santillan, age 22, were all charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, unlawful discharge of a firearm, and reckless endangerment. Gutierrez-Ocampo was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, as Xanax pills were allegedly found on his person.

Friggin' New Rochelle -- a bunch of trouble makers I tell you. Stay out of our park, guys. If you want to take target practice in a public park, keep it in your city. What is it about water towers that makes teenagers crazy? The water tower in every city in America is a magnet for vandalism, drug use and now, apparently, bullets.

Just looking at these four goofy a-holes, I am convinced they could have been spending their time on something better. I mean, you're 18 to 22-years-old, and it is a Thursday. There is not somewhere else you could be? How bout going to work? That's an idea. Or how about this: there is four of you and you all have bad hair, you could start a boy band.

Pull yourself together, ladies.
