Military ships, helicopters have invaded New York City for Fleet Week. It's a great event as well as a very patriotic adventure for the Memorial Day Weekend. Go to Fleet Week for a schedule of activities.

There are events everyday with a lot taking place at the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum.

Now my ears totally perked up when I found out that Navy commanders are encouraging people to meet sailors during activities and check out their equipment. YES!  I mean, who doesn't want to find their own Richard Gere?
