Brookfield Police are asking for the public's help.

A 15-year-old boy had been saving his money for a long time and finally had enough to purchase the Dirt Bike that he was dreaming of. That dream became a nightmare last week when his bike was stolen from his Brookfield home.

Sometime in the overnight hours of Thursday July 21st into Friday July 22nd in the Indian Fields area of Brookfield someone entered the property and stole the bike. Brookfield Police ask residents to "Be On The Look Out" for the Dirt Bike pictured above.

It is so disheartening to know that in this age where most kids feel so entitled and expect things to be handed to them, there is a young boy who has been saving and learning the value of a dollar, only to have learned an even harder lesson.

Investigating Officer Devin Quintard is gathering information which will be kept strictly confidential. If you have any information whatsoever please email Officer Quintard at Dquintard@brookfieldct.gov or call (203)740-4151.
