ALDI in Both Danbury and New Milford Look to Staff-Up Big Time

ALDI supermarkets are staffing up and looking for employees in the New Milford location as well as their Danbury store. The discount grocery chain is seeking out new associates, shift managers and manager trainees according to the New Milford Patch.

Last year, ALDI was recognized as being a National 2017 Top Workplace by Workplace Dynamics; a company that gauges employee satisfaction. If you work there and average anywhere over 25 hours a week, you qualify for full health insurance as well as dental benefits.

The salary for a Store Associate is $12.35 to $13.10 per hour with a pay raise six months later. Shift Managers there make $16.85 per hour, which equates to $12.35 per hour plus $4.50 per hour more while doing manager tasks. Manager Trainees make $60,000 per year, which breaks down to $25.50 per hour for about 40 to 45 hours a week, with a chance to make $80,000 to $100,000 yearly as a Store Manager.
